We are a third-party travel planner, not a travel agency or tour operator. We do not sell, book, or operate tours.
We provide itinerary planning and travel advice. Bookings are made directly with third-party providers. In line with Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР 'On Tourism' dated 15.09.1995, we do not act as a tour operator or travel agent.
You agree to provide accurate information and comply with laws. You are responsible for your decisions and for verifying third-party details.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee third-party information. Advertising is truthful per Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР 'On Advertising' dated 03.07.1996.
